It's Going to Be a Great 2012!

John, His Story

Folks, What a blessing to see the gospel presented with such clarity this past Sunday and Monday nights!  Around 600 people attended the two dramatic presentations from the book of John, and there were many guests present.  Thank you to every person who invited a neighbor, friend or co-worker to the presentation.  I pray that the gospel seeds planted through the program will continue to grow in the weeks and months ahead. Home Stretch

Folks, I have to tell you that Sunday's music was such an encouragement to me as we prepare to present "Into All the World" this Sunday night, August 28th at 6:00 p.m. in the Worship Center.  "Counting on God" just put my motor into high gear!  I am so excited about all the music we'll sing and play on Sunday night and about the testimonies we'll hear from folks sharing Christ in Collierville and around the world.  Let's pray for a real movement of the Holy Spirit in the Sunday night service!... Dog Days of Summer

Music Texas

Folks, I've spent the last three days listening to new music from just about every publisher you can imagine.  What an awesome few days!  Imagine a hotel ballroom filled with worship leaders from all over the southeast listening to composer after arranger after publisher present their newest arrangements.  It's fun and inspiring, but it's more than that.  This is as much a giant worship service as it is a time to get new music ordered! Folks, Suzy and I are attending the closing session of the Southern Baptist Convention in Phoenix today.  We'll miss you tonight, but I pray that God will bless you as you rehearse, and Laura and Steve as they lead you. Memphis Union Mission

Hey Choir, Let's get ready to minister at the Memphis Union Mission this Friday!
