MOMs
If you are a mom, then this ministry is for you! MOMs offers encouragement and inspiration through small-groups and video-driven sessions led by author Jean Stockdale. Jean is known for using her sanctified humor to teach moms life applications with solid biblical principles. Groups meet Wednesday mornings at 9:45 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. To become involved in a group, contact Darlene Stroud.
BOOK CLUB
Do you enjoy a good book every now and again? Would you like to be able to discuss what you read with others? Join our monthly book club which meets the 2nd Monday of every month at 6:00 pm in Cornerstone Bookstore’s Conference Room to discuss Christian books while building friendships.
WOMEN ON MISSION
Women on Mission challenges believers to be radically involved in missions both globally and locally. Join us as we meet monthly to work together on mission projects and to spread the gospel.
SIGNATURE EVENTS
Our Signature Events are designed for women to connect with friends, enjoy time with other women, and be encouraged. There are several opportunities for women to gather throughout the year:
• Fall Kickoff signals the beginning of our new year in Women’s Ministry. It is a time for women to learn what CFBC Women’s Ministry is about while getting a sneak peak at what’s to come for our ministry. This event is held each August.
• Girls’ Night Out is a fun night out with your girlfriends and an evening filled with fun and laughter. Girls’ Night Out is held once per quarter, and the cost is $3 per person.
• Tablescapes draws women of all ages. Enjoy a wonderful dinner while viewing the incredible and unique table décor created by our own ladies of CFBC. This event is held every November and the cost is $20.
• Spring Conference is a time for women throughout our church and community to be inspired through the Word of God. This year Lysa Turkerust will be our featured speaker for our conference.
