We believe that Jesus defined for us in practice as well as in word the way to make disciple-making disciples.  Below is a graphic that defines the process by which we seek to make disciples who will seek to make other disciples.  We seek first the explosive growth of the kingdom of God through an intentional disciple-making strategy:

Interactive elements of graphic

Community: a group of people who are honest with each other, whose relationships go deeper than their mask of composure, and have developed some significant commitments to “rejoice together mourn together, to delight in each other, and make others’ conditions their own.”
Accountability: is a commitment of two or more people to mature in their spiritual life together.  Accountability is feeling obliged to account for one’s behavior.
Discipleship: one under discipline for instruction to produce maturity.  It is only by making disciples that we produce leaders.
Leadership: ANY PERSON WITH A GOD-GIVEN CAPACITY, ACCEPTING A GOD-GIVEN RESPONSIBILITY, WHO IS INFLUENCING ANYONE TOWARDS GOD’S PURPOSES
Multiplication: Leaders producing leaders equals multiplication not addition.  There is no success without a successor.
