HeartLife groups cover
the following areas:

PREVIOUSLY MARRIED GROUP • WEDNESDAYS AT 6:00 P.M.

The Previously Married Group is a safe, confidential place for you to share, understand, and process the pain that a failed marriage has caused you, your family, and your friends.  This class will help you deal with the pain of the past and lead you to look forward to rebuilding your life.

ADDICTIONS GROUP • MEETING YEAR-ROUND ON THURSDAY NIGHT AT 6:00 P.M.

The Addictions Group offers a safe, confidential and honest setting for people of all stages of sobriety.  We immerse ourselves in a biblically-based 12-step program and spend time working each step so our lives are more enjoyable and healthier for ourselves as well as those who love us.  We look at the shame and guilt we have as abusers and work to remove the baggage from our lives.  Meeting others that are going through the same struggles helps us bond together as well as make us accountable to all.

GRIEF RECOVERY GROUP • WEDNESDAYS AT 6:00 P.M.

“When you lose a loved one it leaves a hole in your heart.  Nothing is ever the same!  The “new normal” is hard, but with group support the journey is made easier.  You learn to allow God to guide the healing so hope and life can be embraced again.”  These are the words of Patty and Shelby McDaniel who have lost two sons in the last couple of years.  They are finding help in our Grief Recovery Group, and we believe you can to.

DEPRESSION GROUP • WEDNESDAYS AT 6:00 P.M.

Nearly 10% of the population of the United States suffers from depression; perhaps you are one of them.  We are here to tell you today that you don’t have to go it alone.  There is a group that comes together each week to help you deal with the pain and confusion that accompanies depression.  The study guide, Discover Hope for Overcoming Depression, provides helpful direction and scriptures, and addresses questions that relate to the topic of depression.  The group explores the issues involved with depression, and encourages each person to be honest and transparent.  Each person appreciates the freedom to share without fear of judgment.  We discover that group time and study begin to challenge our thinking, thus opening our hearts to the possibilities of change God’s way.  Depression can place a heavy burden on our physical, emotional, relational and even our spiritual well-being.  There is a compassionate loving community waiting to encourage you, and help you push back against depression.

FORGIVENESS GROUP • WEDNESDAYS AT 6:00 P.M.

Are you on a journey looking for forgiveness from someone or seeking to forgive someone that seems not to want to receive your forgiveness?  If forgiveness walked into your life, what would it look like to you?  Forgiveness is so contrary to human nature, but God can empower us to forgive or to receive forgiveness.  It is important for us to know that the work of forgiveness is a supernatural task for which supernatural power is available.  There is great news for you!  God is not only our creator, but He is the great Physician and our glorious Redeemer.  Do you need a heart transformation?  Come and start this journey of forgiveness and see what God can do.  Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts to give someone and a priceless gift to receive.
